Any item pictured on our pages can be recreated (as closely as possible) at your request. Due to the nature of handmade glass, we cannot guarantee that the pieces will be exact copies of the originals. Please contact us if you have a request.

Our pieces are available for purchase at galleries. For more information, please see our Galleries page. Occasionally, we will sell work on this website, on our eBay page, and on our Etsy store page. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We hope that you love your glass and your satisfaction is very important! Please notify us within three days if not completely satisfied. Upon return of the piece, we will refund your money minus shipping and handling costs. Please note that the item must be returned undamaged in its original packaging.

We accept PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this as payment.

Our pieces are lovingly made so we take great care in packaging to ensure it arrives safely to you. Each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and paper and is double boxed in corrugated, indestructo mailers.

California residents: We must charge an 8.25% sales tax on all retail orders. PayPal will add this to the total upon checkout.

Shipping, handling, and insurance is a flat rate of $7.00 for one item and $1.00 for each additional item within the United States and Canada. Because this is handcrafted glass, we insure all of our shipments. We ship upon receipt of payment via USPS Priority for the U.S. and First-Class Mail International for Canada. We will email you with tracking information when your item ships. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us directly so we can process a refund.
